Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Guest Rooms: This involves making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms, ensuring all areas meet hotel standards.

Restocking Supplies: Replenishing toiletries, towels, and other amenities in guest rooms.

Maintaining Public Areas: Keeping lobbies, hallways, elevators, and common areas clean and tidy.

Assisting Guests: Responding to guest requests for extra towels, cots, or other amenities, as well as addressing any concerns or complaints.

Laundry Services: May involve assisting with loading and unloading laundry machines, folding linens, and picking up/returning laundry.

Reporting Issues: Notifying the maintenance department of any needed repairs or maintenance.

Inventory Management: Maintaining and stocking housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.

Safety and Sanitation: Following all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Collaboration: Working effectively with other hotel staff, including the housekeeping team and other departments.
