Housekeeper - UHNW Residence

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and discreet Housekeeper to support a UHNW residence. Reporting to the Estate Manager, the Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the property. This role requires a proactive, hands-on professional who excels in luxury home care and service, understands discretion, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of all household areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces Handle laundry and wardrobe care including ironing, steaming, and occasional packing/unpacking Maintain inventory of household supplies and report restocking needs Ensure all spaces are guest-ready at all times Assist with household organization, storage systems, and seasonal transitions Support food and beverage service during meals and events as needed Coordinate with vendors and other staff as directed Follow protocols for handling fine furnishings, materials, and antiques Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in private service or luxury hospitality environments Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic household and changing needs Proficiency in caring for high-end finishes and materials Valid driver's license and clean driving record
