Job Summary: REQUIREMENTS:

* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

* Customer service experience.

* Cash handling experience.

* Must be 18 or older.

JOB DUTIES:

* Customer service.

* Light Housekeeping of lobby areas.

* Cash handling, and basic accounting of customer billing.

* Guest registration during check-in.

* Making reservations in company PMS and assigning rooms.

* Answering phones and taking a message if necessary.

* Transferring calls.

* Listening to instructions, and following directions.

* Advocate for a positive atmosphere at work.

* Standing and walking the property throughout the shift.

* Checking email periodically and printing out reservations.

HOURS:

Full time (40 hours) and Part time (20+ hours) available.

WAGE:

$14.50 to $15.00 per hour depending on experience.
