Our confidential, UHNW client is looking to hire a Housekeeper to join their team in Fort Lauderadle, FL. The Housekeeper is an essential position for this household. This position must be a self-starter and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of multiple homes each week . This may include up to a minimum of 6 family homes per week. Time and schedule will be allocated accordingly. The cleanliness of the properties is of high priority and strong housekeeping standards are expected. It is important to maintain a high level of confidentiality and privacy of the principal and family at all times. This position will report directly to the Estate Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES (DAILY): Complete daily cleaning and straightening, which includes daily bed making, vacuuming, dusting, laundry, and bathrooms. Mop and clean floors in all rooms. Thoroughly disinfect and clean property interiors. Through cleaning of exterior tables, chairs, gazebos, cushions, windows, lights, doors, fans, dining areas, pool toys and games. Cover and uncover outdoor furniture, as instructed. Cautious cleaning and maintenance of antiques and other furniture Proper maintenance of rugs and carpeting. Schedule of linen changes. Assist as needed for the inventory of linens and proper care. Care for furniture fabrics and drapes. Clothing and valet to include laundry, ironing, clothing care and assist in closet organization. Abide by the specific cleaning or housekeeping products and tools that are utilized. ESSENTIAL DUTIES (WEEKLY): Complete weekly Zones as directed by Estate Manager or otherwise. OTHER DUTIES: Guest arrival preparation and accommodations for family members and friends Provide guest care when guests are on property to include light housekeeping and linens. Deep cleaning and projects as scheduled. Occasional support for the family dogs. Runs errands as necessary. May assist with meal serving, kitchen and preparation for social functions, if requested. Notify Estate Manager when household cleaning product and tools are low on inventory. Assist with household and equipment inventory. Maintain the established labeling system, keeping it consistent and up-to-date. Ensure that all equipment, furniture, and furnishings are maintained, checked, and kept in good working order in accordance with correct procedures and report all relevant faults to the Estate Manager. Assist in storm preparation of outside games, furniture, and cushions. Assist with special events, outsourced staff and outdoor activities including setup/breakdown of food, toys, and furniture before, during and after events as needed.
