Casa Taco is looking for TACO CONSULTANTS/CASHIERS to join our Academy Rd location.

If you like it fast paced, take pride in freshly prepared food and being a part of an outstanding guest services team then we may have a match.

Responsibilities include:

A 100 % excellent guest experience.

Being ONTIME for your shift

Greeting customers entering the premise in a friendly and professional manner

Answer the phone with a smile and be able to recite a phone script.

Consulting with guests guiding and directing menu choices

Upselling items to increase revenue

Proficiency with our POS system

Managing cash transactions and keeping a balanced cash drawer

Deliver delicious well prepared food to our amazing guests in a timely manner

Resolve customers concerns or complaints immediately and effectively with the help of management when needed

Possess a positive attitude, ability to work in a team, and a strong work ethic

Maintain a clean safe work area

Maintain fully stocked Salsa Bar at all times during business hours

Opening duties as specified for your shift

Mid shift duties including accurate order taking and cash management

Physically checking TOGO orders for accuracy

Maintain dining room, cleaning tables, chairs, sweeping etc

Other duties as assigned by management

Closing duties as specified for your shift

Desired Qualifications

Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred

Knowledge of TOAST POS system is a plus

Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Basic knowledge of food industry practices, including food preparation, safety, and sanitation

Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
