JKS Restaurants are seeking a Wine Manager to lead on a new restaurant opening in 2025.The successful candidate will be personable, passionate, and possess exceptional experience in the fine dining space.

The Group
JKS Restaurants is a London based group. Founded by siblings Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina Sethi in November 2008. The Role
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Wine Manager to join our team. As Wine Manager, you would be responsible for promoting wine culture and ensuring an exceptional experience for guests across Restaurant and private dining rooms. You would manage the day-to-day administration of the wine lists, liaise with suppliers, and train the team to deliver brilliant wine service.
If you have the following, we want to hear from you:
- Prior experience in a service based Wine Manager or Senior Sommelier role
- Experience maintaining wine lists, conducting stock-takes, ordering and invoicing
- Experience leading wine trainings for front of house team members to enhance wine knowledge and sales
- Confidence maintaining wine costs effectively and monitoring GP
You will continually commit to the highest standards of service and operations, and working closely with the management teams.
