Job DetailsDakar NOLA is a modern Senegalese tasting menu experience dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality and cuisine rooted in West African culture. As we continue to evolve and pursue excellence, we are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic front-of-house team.
In this dual role, you will:
Craft and serve cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency
Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service throughout the tasting menu experience
Share the story and inspiration behind our food and drink offerings with passion and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area
Collaborate closely with chefs and FOH leadership to deliver a seamless, elevated guest experience
Contribute to the energy and culture of a restaurant with Michelin ambitions
