Receptionist / Order Taker

Giorgio's of Gramercy Restaurant is looking for an experienced order taker/receptionist. Starting pay is $18 per hour.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a well-established restaurant with a very friendly team that holds to a high standard, works hard, and cooks fantastic food.

MUST:
*Be able to use basic Microsoft Word and Excel
*Be able to communicate
*Positive attitude - Willing to learn

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Take orders over the phone (restaurant orders and also catering orders)
* Take reservations over the phone
* Ensure catering orders correctly leave the restaurant
* Communicate with the team that prepares the catering orders (Spanish)
* Pack restaurant delivery orders
* Help wrap and organize platters for catering orders
* Print documents, make copies

Preferred:
*Experience receiving orders from Grub Hub, website orders, and catering orders.
*Experience with Toast POS.
*Experience taking orders over the phone.
*Bilingual English Spanish
