Job Title: Grounds Keeper (Janitorial)

Location: Columbus, GA

Pay Range: $18 per hour

Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Assist in turning over vacant apartments, including changing locks, painting, light cleaning, and removing belongings.
• Complete work orders alongside the maintenance supervisor to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Contribute to a positive living experience for residents through diligent work and attention to detail.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn and take initiative is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and residents.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
