BOH Reciever/Porter Position inside PHL Airport

Fast Paced Bar/Restaurant inside Philadelphia International Airport seeking motivated, experienced individuals for a Porter/Reciever position.

Qualifications for the ideal candidate include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to lift/carry over 50 pounds
- Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen or fast-paced food service environment
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow recipes and prep instructions with consistency and accuracy
- Must be able to pass airport background checks (TSA clearance required)
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
- Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Inspect and store deliveries of food/paper goods/beverages for multiple locations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout shift
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations in an airport setting
- Work and communicate efficiently with BOH + FOH staff to meet service demands and flight timelines
- Assist with prep work, restocking, and cleaning duties as needed
