**Front of House (FOH) Team Member**

The general (FOH) staff plays a pivotal role in ensuringcustomer satisfaction and smooth operation. They are responsible for providinga welcoming atmosphere, managing customer orders, and ensuring a clean andorganized dining area. They are the first point of contact for customers, andtheir efficiency and demeanor can significantly impact the restaurant'sreputation and customer retention.

**A Successful Team Member will**

Arrive for shifts on time.

Greeting customers with a friendly smile andguiding them through the menu.

Deliver excellent customer service to all guestsand maintain cleaning.

Handling cash and credit card transactions withprecision

**Requirements for the position**

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Able to work on your feet for extended periods.

Ability to work weekends.

Enjoy working with people.

Must be able to occasionally lift and move boxesthat weigh 20 pounds.
