ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist guests regarding beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists, menu items and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Maintain all Forbes Standards

QUALIFICATIONS
Passion forhospitality and a desire to grow within the company.
Ability to workcohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
Minimum 18 yearsof age to serve alcoholic beverages.
Minimum 1-2 yearsof prior experience working in the Food & Beverage area, in a fast-paced environment.
The ability towork under pressure and to a high standard.
The capability tomeet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking,standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights,weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
