THE JOB:

Imagine leaving Biloxi and walking into Rome! As a Busser/Food Runner in our Fine Dining Italian restaurant, you will use your skills and warm, welcoming smile to provide unforgettable moments to guests from all over the world.

THE STARTING RATE: $10.25 + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by bussing and setting up tables, cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing dishware, tables and chairs while maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the front and back-of-house areas to company standards.
• Run food as required by the department
• Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom
• Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 18+ years of age
• Preferably has min 1 year of experience in Upscale Dining
