Title: Regional Corporate Director of Food & Beverage

Location: Must be located in Cincinnati, OH or Atlanta, GA

Department: Food and Beverage Operations

Reports to: Senior Vice President, Food & Beverage

Scope:

Responsible for the Front of House operational excellence and differentiation of the various Food & Beverage concepts (ie upscale a la carte, banquets, bar, beverage cart, fast casual) throughout the organization.

Primary Responsibilities include the following: Others duties may be assigned.

  • Create and implement exceptional standards of excellence for all Front of House roles to include service training, food and beverage knowledge training, sequence of service and uniforms.
  • Ensure food and beverage staff are providing excellent guest service. Review guest and member surveys and feedback for clubs and determine appropriate plan of action.
  • Ensure all clubs are compliant with national programs (ie Menu Program, Approved Product List.)
  • Ensure all clubs are following appropriate accounting procedures and meeting financials goals such as checkbook overview and monthly financial reviews.
  • Work closely with clubs who are not meeting financial and operational goals to provide an analysis of the problem and determine a specific plan of action.
  • Work with field to ensure selection, development and retention of talented food and beverage staff. Assist with selection of F&B leaders.
  • Create and execute short term and long term operational and financial plans for the food and beverage department.
  • Identify and communicate successes and best practices to improve quality and financial results at all clubs.
  • Assist in creating and implementing new programs such as beverage book with creative drinks and unique buffet displays.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a multi-site food and beverage leadership role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, planning and organizational skills
  • Experience supervising others and leading a team
  • Excellent customer skills
  • Travel up to 50% of the time
