Job Details LeTour, owned and operated by Amy Morton, is hiring a lead pastry/prep cook. Seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years as a lead prep cook with a solid pastry background. We are a scratch kitchen and this position is the key to the success of our restaurant and our private event business. We are looking for an individual who works well with a small team and can supervise and coach other team members.We are located in Evanston and 2 blocks from public transportation.
