Senior Cleaning Technician - Granger/Elkhart (Night Shift)

Jack Laurie Group | $16-$18/hr | Monday-Friday, 5:00pm-1:00am (hours may vary)

Jack Laurie Group is seeking a Senior Cleaning Technician to lead nightly operations across the Granger and Elkhart areas. This leadership role is hands-on and responsible for overseeing 150-180 weekly labor hours across multiple client sites.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver consistent, high-quality commercial cleaning

• Train and mentor frontline cleaning technicians

• Conduct routine site inspections to uphold standards

• Coordinate and deliver supplies to job sites

• Step in to support and cover shifts as needed

• Manage schedules and communication using Janitorial Manager software

What You Bring:

• Proven commercial cleaning experience (required)

• Experience training others in a cleaning environment (required)

• Supervisory or team lead experience (preferred)

• Personal, reliable transportation (not shared)

• Comfort using basic technology and software

• A process-driven mindset and strong accountability
