JOB TITLE: Event Coordinator
JOB LOCATION: Boston, MA or NYC
WAGE RANGE*: 40 - 45/ hour
JOB NUMBER: 218325

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
o Ability to multitask, juggle, prioritize and balance competing goals and priorities
o Expertise with events and/or marketing, ideally within the financial services industry
Budget management – working with AP to pay invoices

o Excel, PPT, Word

Nice to have: CVENT and SalesForce experience

Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of event marketing and/or marketing communications experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

They will help support our programs managers with event logistics and sales communications and budgets.
They will support smaller industry conference deliverables through booth coordination and premiums
