Live-out Butler/Houseman

Full-time Butler / Houseman Schedule: 5 - 6 days a week depending on if the family is in residence or not. Weekend work and work day flexibility is needed. Salary: $45 - $50 / hour per hour depending of experience. Start Date: ASAP Relocation: No - local candidates only About the Family A warm and welcoming private NY family is looking to hire a dedicated and professional Full-time, Year-round, Live-out Butler / Houseman to join their Southampton, NY household. They value discretion, reliability, and someone who will be a long-term fit in a full-staffed household. Home Size: [e.g., 15,000 sq ft residence] Household Staff: Housekeepers, Chef, Estate Manager Responsibilities Heavy front of house responsibilities. Greet incoming guests, carry luggage and make sure guests have what they need. Drive guests to and from the airport, into the city and wherever they need to go. Maintain family cars including cleaning, gassing them up and checking tire pressure/fill up tires when needed, maintain car maintenance. Walk the outside property daily and report any issues to the Manager, clean outside gutters, sweep ouside steps etc. Break down boxes, take out the trash and return bins on trash day. Assist with parties and ensure guests are happy and attended to. Ideal Candidate & Personality The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, and confident in their skills.
