The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position is responsible for managing guest services, performing nightly financial reconciliations, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of hotel financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage check-ins and check-outs for guests during the night shift. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports as needed. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. Assist with any guest relations issues that may arise during the night. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in hotel management or hospitality preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable. Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries professionally. Knowledge of guest services and relations to enhance the overall experience for visitors. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage financial records accurately. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining a positive attitude.
