Position Overview:

MNeurodivergent is looking for a passionate and organized volunteer to lead our event efforts in the Duluth area as a Regional Event Coordinator. This leadership position is ideal for someone who enjoys building inclusive community spaces and supporting others. You'll play a key role in bringing neurodivergent adults together through social connection and shared experiences.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate recurring social events for neurodivergent adults in the Duluth area

Recruit and mentor local Event Organizers and Co-Hosts

Communicate with volunteers and attendees to ensure events are welcoming, accessible, and aligned with our mission

Represent MNeurodivergent in your region and provide updates to the statewide Events Committee

Help shape and grow a thriving neurodivergent community in Duluth

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communicator and collaborator

Comfortable providing leadership and guidance to peers

Familiar with or part of the neurodivergent community

Interested in grassroots organizing and inclusive community building

Able to attend and support occasional in-person events in Duluth
