Job Details The Steel Penny Cafe, known as the " little gem' of Hatboro, PA located on site of Sillivan's Scrap Metals. This is Barista/Server position requires a creative mindset, friendliness, great customer services, and precise attention to details. The Steel Penny Cafe is growing immensely with handcrafted beverages, Detroit style pizzas, sandwiches, salads and extensive, unique wine/ beer list and great cocktails.

-Prepare and server our guests handcrafted beverages and food items

- Must have a genuine passion for coffee, food, hospitality and sustainability
- Barista/server experience is a must.
Core Functions:
- Smile and welcome customer in a courteous and friendly manner
-Answer guest questions regarding coffee blends, preparation and products freshness
- Suggest, sell and serve baked good, and miscellaneous food items to guest
-Maintain efficient and friendly services
- Provide 1 to 1 service to all customers, from hello to goodbye.
- Follow Steel Penny Cafe standards of operations everyday.
-Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

Job Qualifications:
- Must be passionate about taking care of customers and making them happy
-Contribute daily to the Steel Penny team.

Compensation: Hourly ($10.00) plus tips
