Front Desk Representative (Tuesday and Thursday 4pm-8pm)

The Customer Service Representative @ Cedarwood at Sandy provides exceptional customer service that establishes a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community.

What will I do every day?

• Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
• Assist residents with requests as needed
• Answer incoming calls
• Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
• Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• Bring a smile to work every day
• Have excdllent customer service skills
• 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Senior Living experience a plus
• Hotel experience a plus
