Pt's Wings & Sports Bus Person

Summary:

As the PTs Bus Person you will collaborate with the Food Servers to ensure guests have all food and beverage items needed, tables are kept clean and well-maintained in a timely manner and follow pre-determined service standards to ensure a positive guest dining experience at a level consistent with an upbeat tavern environment. You will deliver exceptional, authentic guest service to care for the guests.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Greet the guest with a smile in an upbeat and positive manner
• Maintain a general knowledge of menu items and beverages offered
• Clear tables as soon as appropriate and sweeps floor underneath and around tables as needed
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area immediately
• Polish and replace glassware and silverware as needed
• Set tables according to the standards of the outlet
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
• Assist in running of food when needed
• Maintain complete knowledge and complies with all Departmental policies, procedures and service standards
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the companys guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 6 months previous experience performing same or similar responsibilities preferred
• Must be team-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in a very high-paced, busy environment
• Experience providing high-touch guest service expected in fun, high-energy environment
• Proven experience providing high level of guest service
• At least 18 Years of Age
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States

• Frequently push/pull lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
• Occasionally squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist
• Frequently stand and walk
• Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone
• Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person
• Ability to distinguish between shades of color
• Ability to tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
