We’re currently hiring a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at the Self Service Office (SSO) in West Indianapolis . This role is perfect for someone who’s friendly, approachable, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive
- Help direct customers to the right services in the office
- Assist customers in using Self Service Terminals (SSTs)
- Build and maintain positive relationships with on-site BMV staff
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with our Customer Care and SST support teams
- Keep your supervisor informed about recurring problems or service needs
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, upbeat personality and a passion for helping people
- Willingness to learn about BMV operations (we’ll train you!)
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment
