Who you are: An integral member of the restaurants porter team who excels at cleanliness, organization, and thrives in a busy workplace.

What youll do: You will work with our kitchen staff and front of house staff in washing dishes and helping to clean, polish and stock all wares, pots, pans, prep items to help a normal kitchen and dining room function. The person in this role should enjoy a busy pace, maintaining a sense of urgency while ensuring proper steps of restaurant service, and keeping their workspace organized. Communicates effectively with staff members, management, and the kitchen during service.

What we need from you: 1-3 years previous dishwasher experience is preffered. Willing and eager to learn more about food, wine, and hospitality.
