Description:

Ten11 Lounge & Bar is seeking an experienced, energetic, and service-driven Bartender to join our team. This position starts with Friday and Saturday evening shifts , with the potential for additional shifts based on business needs and performance .

We are looking for someone who is passionate about cocktails, thrives in a fast-paced lounge environment, and provides memorable guest experiences with professionalism and charm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to recipes and standards

• Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Assist with inventory, restocking, and setup/breakdown of the bar

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar, lounge, or restaurant

• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails

• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Availability for Friday and Saturday evenings (more shifts may be offered based on performance and business demand)
