Job Details Were seeking a charismatic and experienced Maitre D to be the face of our front-of-house team and ensure every guest feels like a VIP.Role Overview:
As Maitre D, you will be the first and last impression for our guests. Youll manage reservations, lead the host team, coordinate with service and kitchen staff, and ensure seamless guest flow throughout the evening. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environment and has a passion for hospitality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts using digital systems
- Coordinate guest flow and table assignments to optimize service
- Handle VIP and special guest accommodations with discretion and care
- Lead and train host/hostess team to deliver exceptional service
- Resolve guest concerns with poise and efficiency
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a polished, upscale atmosphere in the entrance and dining areas
- 2+ years of experience as a Maitre D, Head Host, or similar role in fine dining or nightlife venues
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with reservation platforms ( Resy)
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation: Hourly ($24.00 - $30.00)
