A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING . . .- Reports to the IT Manager
- Responds to guests via phone, video conference, and email inquiries in support of:
- Online ordering (Market & Field House)
- Cyber Monday
- Holiday Pre-Orders
- Loyalty
- Coordinates and inputs vendor order deadlines including holiday schedule into order system
- Assists markets on Known Loss, Transfers, Orders, Inventory Systems and Receiving
- Provides training in support of the above systems
- Develops and coordinates training and video support for guest-facing initiatives in partnership with the Training & Development department
- Provides Receiving support for DSD, Warehouses, Depot, and DEX
- Collaborates with company employees / system users and other IT staff to ensure that key existing systems are being effectively used and have appropriate development / enhancement cycles
- Consistently monitors system reports to ensure the Markets adhere to the guidelines set forth in the systems operations manuals
- Ensures Town & Country central data systems are updated and accurate with inventory data entered at the markets
- Maintains user access management systems to approve all additions and deletions to user accounts
- Operates within the Companys Core Values, Company Brand and Business Principles
- Maintains department in a neat, clean, and orderly manner
- Provides excellent guest service
- Stays current with all training including online training and professional development opportunities
- Supports and follows all company and department policies
- Demonstrates attitude of service to co-workers and guests
- Stays current on industry trends, standards and changes
- Must exhibit strong organizational skills and be accurate and detail oriented
- Must be well-versed in and connected to the Company Core Values and Brand
- Ability to solve difficult problems with a hands-on approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including spelling and grammar)
- Must possess advanced computer skills and understanding including ticketing systems and asset management tools (Dropbox, Adobe, others)
- Proven ability to create a volume of high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment
- Must be able to adapt to and manage shifting & competing priorities with constant interruptions
- Must be able to deal with stress
- Must be self-directed and able to take direction with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and trust with a diverse group of staff, guests and vendors
