Summary:
As the Snack Bar Attendant, you will greet and attend to guests orders in a timely and efficient manner, maintain the outlet clean, and preparing the outlet for service. You will deliver exceptional, authentic guest service to provide an enjoyable experience to guests.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with an upbeat and positive manner
- Remain knowledgeable of all menu items, ingredients, prices, and always follow the sequence of service
- Clear, clean, reset and maintain designated area clean and presentable
- Prepare all menu items to specifications and beverage items to order
- Serve all menu items with proper garnishes
- Accurately perform cash transactions
- Assist all other Snack Bar Attendants to ensure friendly and accurate service to guests
- Knowledge of inventory and stocking procedures as well as maintaining full ice bins
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction or, if unable to resolve, contact the manager to handle issue(s)
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the companys guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Prior experience in a same or similar role and working in a team or individual environment preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in a very high-paced, busy environment
- Previous experience exercising sound judgment when dealing with difficult guest situations
- Proven experience providing high level of guest service
- Previous experience with point-of-sale systems, computers and calculators
- At least 16 Years of Age
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
