Sets up bars for operion, obtains cash bank and stocks service bar. Keeps bar and work area clean and sanitary.
Assures an adeque stock level is maintained, sets up storeroom and work area to permit easy access to stock items.
Prepares a limited variety of simple alcoholic beverages as requested by prons and wait staff.
Records sales and makes change or prepares charge slips.
Identifies persons who become unruly or who appear intoxiced, resolves the problem or seeks assistance in accordance with established procedures.

Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
Meet qualificion/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one year probionary period may be required.
Sisfactorily complete an employment verificion (E-Verify) check.
Able and willing to work mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
Sisfactory completion of a minimum of 4 hours initial food sanition and safety training is required within 30 days of employment and a minimum of 4 hours refresher training annually.
Subject to sisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a medical examinion.
Incumbent is required to complete a Tier 1 background investigion for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
Be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds.
Meet ste/local age requirements (21) for the serving of alcoholic beverages the time of appointment.
Health and immunizions are required.
