Weare currently seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Server to join ourteam.
**JobSummary:** As a Lead Server, you will oversee the dining room operations and lead a teamof servers to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. You will beresponsible for training new staff, managing service flow, and maintaining therestaurant's standards for quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. Yourleadership will help create a positive experience for both residents and teammembers.
**JobType:** Full-Time ; Wednesday - Sunday 11:30am -7:30pm
**KeyResponsibilities:**
-**Supervise Service:** Lead the front-of-house staff in delivering exceptionalservice to residents, ensuring food and beverage orders are accurately takenand promptly delivered.-
**Training and Development:** Train new servers on menu knowledge, servicetechniques, and company policies to ensure high service standards.
- **TeamCoordination:** Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensureseamless service and resolve any service issues that may arise.
-**Guest Interaction:** Engage with residents to enhance their diningexperience, address inquiries or concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughouttheir meals.
-**Inventory Management:** Assist in managing dining room supplies andequipment, ensuring they are stocked and well-maintained.
-**Shift Management:** Assign Schedules and tasks to staff and handle anystaff-related issues or conflicts.
-**Compliance and Safety:** Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations,including cleanliness and food handling standards.
-**Performance Evaluation:** Provide constructive feedback and evaluations forteam members to support ongoing improvement and development.
- Utilizes proper food handling and food service techniques.
Takes meal/drink orders and serves meals in a friendly and timely manner.
Assures resident/guest is satisfied with their meals.
Maintains knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items and explains to residents or guests.
Maintains assigned tables and surrounding area in a complete state of cleanliness, appearance and readiness.
Follows daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
Assists with orientation and training of new food servers.
Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
Sets-up and cleans the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards.
Maintains or exceeds standards of appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation, and hygiene.
Performs and completes opening and closing checklist criteria.
Assists in dining room and surrounding areas for proper directional flow, organization and supplies placement.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimumof [2-3] years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant/Banquet withat least [1] year in a lead or supervisory role.
Previousexperience in fine dining preferred.
- Strongknowledge of food and beverage menus.
-Availability to work weekends, and holidays as required.
Language Ability:
oAbility to communicate effectively speaking the primary language of theresidents.
oAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating andmaintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
