Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.   • Schedule: Thu-Sun afternoons/evenings. Flexible to work holidays and special events as may be required

  • Committed to consistently delivering the highest quality of food & service to local and international guests in order to ensure repeat visits.
  • Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
  • Enter all orders into micros in a timely matter.
  • Observes diners to respond to any additional requests.
  • Follows steps of service as outlined in steps of service.
  • Totals bill and accepts payment in accordance with all Food and Beverage internal controls.
  • Clears and resets tables at conclusion of each course.
  • Completes any task assigned by room manager, supervisor or room chef.
  • Communicates immediately to the supervisor all guest comments or concerns.
  • Completes all assigned opening, side work and closing tasks.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management
BRING US YOUR BEST.
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, high school diploma or GED preferred
  • Three (3) months serving experience, fine dining experience highly preferred
  • Mastery of customer service and communication skills
  • Available and committed to working weekends, holidays, evening/night shifts and special events to support restaurant operating hours
  • Working knowledge of POS systems, micros preferred
  • Up to date on food and beverage trends and food safety
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded
  • Able to obtain food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
