Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries about ingredients and preparation.
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Handle payments and operate POS systems.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Uphold health and safety standards.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in an Italian or fine dining restaurant.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines is a plus.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
