Are you passionate about food, organized under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen? Were looking for a dedicated Pantry/Line Cook to join our culinary team at North City Bistro & Wine Shop in Shoreline, WA.
About Us:North City Bistro and Wine Shop is a locally loved, chef-driven restaurant known for quality ingredients, scratch-made dishes, and a supportive team environment. Whether youre prepping fresh salads, assembling cold plates, or jumping on the line during service, we want someone who takes pride in their station and wants to grow with us.
What Youll Do:
Prep and assemble cold dishes (salads, and appetizers) with precision and consistency
Support the hot line during service as needed
Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked throughout shift
Follow food safety standards and kitchen procedures
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service
What Were Looking For:
1+ year of experience in a professional kitchen preferred
Solid knife skills and understanding of basic kitchen techniques
Punctual, reliable, and able to handle a busy shift with a positive attitude
Ability to take direction and work well in a team
ServSafe certification a plus
Schedule & Pay:
Hours Wednesday Saturday 3:30pm-9pm (roughly)
$22/ hr
Evening and weekend availability required
