Custodian Days - Energy

Duties and Responsibilities

Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines.

Use ladders to dust and wash walls, and clean ceilings and dust light fixtures.

Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas. May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, walls, and floor using chemicals and cleaning solutions.

Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms.

Empty trash receptacles.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

Able to lift up to 100lbs

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing.

Benefits and Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $23/hour, with potential adjustments based on skills, experience and qualifications.
