A luxury Oahu resort on the island's sunny Western Coast. Join us in Ko Olina and find your very own place of joy. Our beachfront island Resort sits on Oahu's wild and rugged western coast, where vast ocean views and lively pools and lagoons provide the setting for an unforgettable adventure. Take the family for a ride on an outrigger canoe, splash around in the turquoise waters of our white-sand beach, play a round of golf as you weave through waterfalls at Ko Olina Golf Club, or spend the day reconnecting with your inner self at Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre.

About the Role

Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina operates a partnership with award winning chef and restaurateur Michael Mina in Mina's Fish House, the resort's signature line-to-table restaurant. Mina's Fish House is seeking a Full Time Server who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Server position provides an expertly served beverage or dining experience, anticipating the guests' needs and as an expert on the menu options.

What you will do:

  • Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

  • Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

  • Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.

What you bring:

  • An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task.

  • High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.

  • Candidates should have at least 1-year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment.

  • Must be experienced in the areas of communication and computer skills.

  • Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.

  • Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Pay: $14.42 per hour

Schedule & Hours:

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
