We are looking for an organized and motivated Warehouse Maintenance Worker, who will be responsible for the following warehouse activities including but not limited to shipping, receiving, inventory, operating a sit-down forklift, and facilities maintenance and cleaning.

Your Responsibilities as a Warehouse Maintenance Worker:

  • Move equipment, tools, and materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Sort, organize, and store all items in proper locations.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining up to date records of inventory.
  • Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
  • Handle and operate sit-down forklift, as well as other necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing warehouse.
  • Integrate best practices in handling all warehouse equipment and materials.
  • Ensure warehouse, office building, bathrooms, and storage area are clean at all times.
  • Sanitize office and warehouse common areas.
  • Dust all horizontal surfaces within eye level on weekly basis.
  • Sweep, dust, and mop employee entrances on weekly or as needed basis.
  • Keep exterior premises neat and clean.
  • Regularly maintain and clean restrooms.
  • Report damaged or missing tools to supervisors.
  • Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards.
  • Work as an active team to complete team goals.

Job Requirements:

Here are the minimum requirements to be considered for this job.

  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing and logistics experience.
  • Experience operating a sit-down forklift in the past two years.
  • Detail oriented and committed.
  • Ability to safely work in a fast-paced production environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Sense of accountability, including record of good attendance.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to maximize productivity.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel, and climb a ladder and stairs.
  • Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Driver's license
  • Clean background check and MVR report

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Relevant custodial experience, including building upkeep.
  • Experience in the flexible packaging industry.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.

Hourly pay rate range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00 per hour.
