ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Washing and sanitizing dishes upon use

Ensuring cleanliness of dish pit area

Properly clean and operate the dish machine

Sorting and organizing clean dishes in the kitchen area

Assist staff with other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

No experience needed, but prior restaurant experience is preferred.

Must be 16 years of age or older.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be punctual and dependable.

Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends

Must be able to work quickly and efficiently.

Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Must be able to work well under pressure.

Ability to maintain personal cleanliness.
