We are in the market for a passionate professional to join our team part-time. If you re hardworking, enthusiastic andmitted to craft, we would love to have you on our team.

We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

Position 1: Baker Assistant & Expo / Full-time 4 days / 8:30pm-4:30am

$22/hr + tips

Position 2: Baker Assistant & Expo / Part-time 3 days / 8:30pm-4:30am

$22/hr + tips

Compensation ispetitive and determined based on experience, performance and position held.

Health care benefits are available for full-time employees after 3 mos. PTO accrues after 1 year of employment.

Duties include:

Assisting the baker with aspects the pm bake

Piping, shaping, & rolling

Scaling & mixing both yeasted & quick doughs, glazes, fillings, washes, etc.

Preparing mise en place items & garnishes

Monitoring par inventory levels at work station

Expo for wholesale deliveries with care to product and attention to detail

Using proof boxes, ovens, 20 & 60qt mixers knowledgeably and meeting safety standards

Communicating clearly with baker and production staff

Consistent punctuality & attendance

Maintaining Nuvrei quality standards & quality control

Follow all Nuvreipany policies

Qualifications:

Current OR Food Handler s Card

Current OR Driver's License / clean driving record

1 yearmercial baking experience

Knowledge of lamination processes, dough proofing, handling & mixing

Strong attention to detail

High standards for quality and cleanliness

Basic math skills

Understand written & verbalmunication

Previous experience working nights / early mornings

Ability to work standing for long periods of time

Ability to be led and learn quickly
