Food Service Cook - Mornings

Job Description:

Cooks will work in a team atmosphere to prepare high quality meals for our residents, team members, and visitors.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in preparing large volumes of high-quality meals

Ability to read and follow in detail food production recipes.

Ability to work independently while taking direction from the food service coordinators.

Ability to practice safe food handling procedures at all times.

Inspect special diet trays to assure that the correct diet is served to the resident.

Experience in operating basic food service equipment.

Ensure that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.

Ability to lift 25 lbs. on a regular basis and 40 lbs. as needed.

Occasional reaching, kneeling, standing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling required.

Must be a minimum of 18 years old.

Schedule:

Full Time Mornings

Weekend Shift Differential

Must work every other weekend and every other Holiday.
