The Radiant Table is an intimatemunal dinner experience w guests enjoy a four-course meal crafted by a rotating lineup of award-winning chefs. The evening begins with a vibrant cocktail hour, before guests are weed into the theater for synchronized table-side service. Each course is brought to life through projection-mapped tablescapes that the story behind the dish, whether highlighting the origin of the ingredients or illuminating the inspiration behind the chef's creation. It's an unettable fusion of culinary artistry and immersive storytelling.

Many of our guest chefs are decorated with awards and nominees such as the James Beardanization. You can expect to work with top-tier restaurants such as Ascend, John Howie, Surrel, Lenox, and more. Professionalism, precision, and efficiency are essential to ensure a seamless and elevated culinary experience for our guests.

We are seeking a team to assist with the Bellevue Series of The Radiant Table. This pop up dinner series kicks off on August 5th with a Friends + Family night, followed by the official series launch on August 7th. The current run concludes on September 11th. The Radiant Table operates Thursday through Sunday (on most weekends) and is closed Monday through Wednesday.

Each night, cocktail hour begins at 6:00 PM in the Lounge and runs until 6:45 PM, when the dining room opens for guest seating. Around 7:00 PM, once guests are settled, we ll begin the first course and move through all four courses.

Dinner typically concludes around 9:30 PM, at which point guests are encouraged to return to the Lounge to enjoy the after-party!

Below are the Back of House Service roles we are seeking for the uing event. Please read through and ensure you meet all expectations prior to ing:

As a Culinary Assistant you will be expected of the following:

Rate: $28/hr

Overview:

This role is designed for individuals with a strong culinary background and at least 2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen. You should be confident with knives, station setup, and supporting a high-level dinner service from prep through plating.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the evening s lead chef with all pre-service prep tasks

Tasks may include:

Chopping, cutting, and ingredientanization (mise en place)

Station cleaning and resetting

Cooking support and general kitchen prep

Plating support during live service

Please Note:

Many of our guest chefs are Michelin-starred, Michelin Guide-rmended, or James Beard-recognized. Professionalism, precision, and efficiency are essential to ensure a seamless and elevated culinary experience for our guests.

As an Expo you will be expected of the following:

Rate: $28/hr

Pre-Service Responsibilities:

Check in with the Food + Beverage Manager and meet with Chef

Make sure the expo line is clean and clear for service

Prepare x10 Towel Wipes for plating

Pre-Pull all dish types for the appropriate counts

Pre-Load plates in the warmer for hot hold or in the fridge for cold hold

Dinner Service Duties:

Lead at plating

Communicate with chef and ensure you are prepared for each dish on time

Call out course times to Chef and the Front of House Manager

Note course start and end times on your day sheet

Ensure tomunicate any delays if they arise

Post-Service Responsibilities:

Ensure the expo line is clear and clean after the fourth course goes out

Assist the Chef with loading out any of their equipment and running dirty dishes to the dishwasher

Assist the Culinary Assistant with closing down both kitchens

Turn in your day sheet to the Food + Beverage Manager

As a Dishwasher you will be expected of the following:

Rate: $25/hr

Overview:

This role is suited for individuals with experience operating high-volume dishwashing systems in a fast-paced environment. As a dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness andanization of the kitchen and service areas. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

Daily Setup:

Properly set up the dishwashing station and ensure all equipment is in working order before service begins.

Dish Collection:

Quickly and efficiently collect and transport dirty dishes from the dining room to the dishwashing area throughout service.

Glassware Polishing: Promptly polish wine glasses after each wash cycle to ensure they are spotless and service-ready.

Organization & Storage:

Sort and store cleaned dishware and glassware in their designated areas to maintain kitchen and bar efficiency.

Quality Control:

Inspect all cleaned items to ensure they meet cleanliness standards. Rewash any items that are not fully clean.

Bar Support:

Return clean, polished glassware to the bar in a timely andanized manner.

Closing Duties: Properly shut down the dishwashing station at the end of each shift, thoroughly cleaning and preparing the area for the next day of service.
