This is a heavy customer service position so communication skills are essential as well as extroverted personality. This position has an important role in the guest satisfaction of the breakfast served for the guests of the Holiday Inn. This position is required to greet guests, tell them how breakfast works, maintain the breakfast buffet with stocked fresh items, bus tables, interact with guests. Must be able to communciate with guests. QUALIFICATIONS Applicant should have clear communication skills to be able to interact with guests. Applicant should possess basic math skills. Applicant must be able to reach, bend, stoop, frequently lifting up to 20 pounds. Applicant must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours). Applicant must have or be able to receive the Food Handler's Certification card within 30 days of employment. Applicant should have an outgoing personality to interact with guests. Applicant must have neat, clean appearance. Applicant must be organized. Applicant must work well with little or no supervision. Applicant should be knowledgeable about area and local attractions. While performing the duties of the job, the applicant will be regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. This position is 6am - 11am.
