Deep Dive, a singular cocktail bar and restaurant from Chef Renee Erickson and partners is looking for a Bartender.

We are in search of a team player who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Humor,passion, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are all necessaryponents of the job. Deep Dive seeks a hospitality professional who is able to set, execute and maintain high levels of service under pressure while maintaining a positive guest experience.

This is a part-time position. This is an hourly nonexempt position.

Training wage: $20.76 to $ 20.76/hour

Starting pay: $25/hour to $25/hour plus tips

Pay range for the position: $25/hour to $25/hour plus tips.

This is a Service Charge and Tip-pooled house.

Requirements for the position:

Minimum 2 years prior experience as a Bartender.

Possesses a creative and collaborative drink-making approach.

Knowledge of food, drink recipes, local & European wine and spirits.

Working knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Positive verbalmunication skills.

Ability to perform with confidence and efficiency, quickly with grace.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and spend up to six hours standing/walking.

Flexible availability including nights and weekends. Weekends are required.

Paid time off / Paid Sick Leave -

For part-time (Working 30 or fewer hours a week /seasonal employees) - As required under Washington's Paid Sick Leave law, the employee will be accruing 0.025 hours of Paid Sick Leave for each hour worked.

For full-time employees (Working 30 or more hours a week): the employee will be accruing 0.038 hours of Paid Time Off for each hour worked up to 80 hours a year. After 5 years of working with thepany, the employee will start accruing 0.057 hours of Paid Time Off up to 120 hours a year.
