Kitchen Help REPORTS TO: Chef The Club The Arlberg Ski Club is a private ski club located at the Mary Jane base in Winter Park, Colorado. We offer our members and their guests a true ski-in/ski-out experience across six buildingsfive for lodging and one main clubhouse that houses our dining room, Great Room for socializing, and boot room with lockers. Job Summary We are seeking seasonal and/or year-round kitchen staff who are energetic, upbeat, and team-oriented, and who are eager to grow their culinary skills. Our open kitchen environment requires staff who are comfortable in guest-facing roles and who are committed to creating a warm, welcoming, and high-quality dining experience. Duties include food prep, basic cooking, cleaning, dishwashing, organizing supplies, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation, service, and cleanup Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep areas, and dish stations Support food safety and sanitation practices at all times Restock ingredients and supplies as directed Accommodate basic dietary requests under the Chef's guidance Interact with members, their families, and guests in a friendly and professional manner Communicate clearly and effectively with the kitchen team and Chef Skills and Abilities Willingness to learn and take direction Team-player with a positive, can-do attitude Good communication and interpersonal skills High level of energy and reliability Organized and detail-oriented Professional appearance and punctuality Qualifications & Requirements Ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move throughout a shift Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Prior kitchen experience is a plus, but not required A good sense of humor and team spirit are highly valuedEducation Level: High school education or GED requiredExperience Level: Some experience requiredReferences: Previous employment references required
