Laid-back Bartending position serving beer, cocktails, wine, & coffee.

Brew and Brew is looking for a closing bartender. We're known for our beer selection, but, over the years, we've added a full cocktail program and a nice wine program focused mostly, but not exclusively, on natural wine.

We close at 10 PM and our closes are fast, so you won't be past 11 PM.

Nights are typically very chill and conversational. We're on an all-day tip pool, so the money is good (averaging $22+/hour) and it will get better as our bar program continues to grow.

Our work environment is very low-stress by design. We make sure that t are always opportunities for creativity and growth, so you can set your own path within Brew and Brew and our sisterpanies, Better Half, Hold Out, & Little Brother/Bummer Burrito.

If you're not familiar with coffee/espresso, don't worry. We'll make sure that you get a formal training. Our lead baristas dial in all of the coffees so you can just pour them to that day's specs and it'll taste great.
