The Opportunity We are seeking a professional and detail-focused Housekeeper to support daily operations across three private residences in Vero Beach, FL. This full-time role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality cleaning and who enjoys contributing to a respectful, team-based household. The ideal candidate is self-directed, well-organized, and communicates clearly with a strong sense of discretion and reliability. Weekend availability is required, particularly during the busy in-season months (January through April), along with flexibility for occasional holidays and schedule changes. What You'll Do As a Housekeeper, you'll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the family's residences. You'll handle both daily and deep-cleaning tasks with close attention to detail, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, caring for upholstery, cleaning windows, and refreshing spaces throughout the home. You'll collaborate with the household team to prepare the homes for occupancy, ensuring they are consistently welcoming and well-maintained. You'll also be responsible for laundry tasks, including seasonal washing, ironing, and caring for household linens and personal clothing. Additional duties include greeting vendors, accepting deliveries, running errands, refreshing floral arrangements, and monitoring household inventory. Clear, timely communication with the team helps ensure smooth operations. What You'll Bring To succeed in this role, you must bring a strong work ethic, high personal integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. You are tidy in appearance, take pride in your work, and communicate clearly and respectfully with team members. You are attentive to detail, flexible with your schedule, and thoughtful in how you clean and move through the household. Fluency in English is required to ensure clear communication with the household team and to follow written and verbal instructions effectively. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required. You understand the importance of working around the family's presence while preserving a peaceful home atmosphere.
