Pig and Tiger showcases the cuisine of Taiwan through traditional classics, modern favorites, and new interpretations,bining flavors and techniques, all while using local Colorado products.

We are opening soon in the Five Points neighborhood in Denver and are looking for servers who have a true passion for hospitality, and a deep love for food and beverage, with an eagerness and excitement to learn more.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, warm, knowledgeable service to all guests

Guide guests through the food menu and beverage menus

Ensure tables and bar are properly set and maintained throughout service

Collaborate closely with kitchen, management, and FOH staff to deliver a seamless fun experience for all guests

Maintain a thorough understanding of food ingredients, preparation methods, and allergy protocols

Uphold all health and safety standards

Contribute to a warm, thoughtful, weing, and elevated dining atmosp

Qualifications:

Team player, and a positive attitude

2+ years of server and or bartending experience in an upscale restaurant environment

Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails is a plus and eagerness to learn more

Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to multi-task and prioritize and stayposed in a fast-paced setting

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
