The Interval at The Long Foundation seeks a skilled, personable, and dependable bartender/barback to join our team. This role requires a passion for hospitality, craft cocktails, and engaging with a curious, intellectually drivenmunity. You ll be instrumental in providing a memorable guest experience while upholding the values and mission of Long .

Provide exceptional bar service, including preparing and serving coffee, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages

Engage warmly with guests, answer questions about our drinks and mission, and create a weing environment

prepare housemade ingredients, set up and break down the bar

Be part of a thoughtful, team-focused staff that values mutual support, d responsibility, and collaborates to create an enjoyable workplace.

Support events and programming as needed

Qualifications

High EQ with strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently and stayposed in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work evenings and weekends a must

Curiosity for The Long Foundation's mission and programming

Competitive hourly wage + tips
