Server/Bartender Experience Hybrid Preferred.

Full time & Part time Positions available
Are you passionate about creating memorable dining experiences? Join the team at The Greek Bar, a new restaurant dedicated to bringing contemporary Greek cuisine to the heart of Austin. As a part of our opening team, you'll have the unique opportunity to help shape our restaurant's culture while delivering warm, weing service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an outstanding guest experience by upholding high standards of food and beverage quality and service.
Exhibit extensive menu knowledge, confidently answer guest questions, and provide thoughtful rmendations (service staff).
Accurately relay orders to the kitchen and bar team, ensuring seamlessmunication and timely service (service staff).
Anticipate and respond to guest needs, collaborating effectively with fellow team members and management.
Complete assigned side work to maintain smooth daily operations.
Contribute to a clean,anized, and safe workspace.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 2 year of serving experience in an upscale or fine dining environment.
Exceptional customer service skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Familiarity with beverages, with a willingness to expand your knowledge (servers).
Stronganizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Previous experience using Toast POS systems is a plus.
Active TABC and Food Handler certifications (required).
