Greetings from Rupee Bar, a beautiful little neighborhood gem in NW Ballard. Rupee Bar opened in 2019 to national acclaim, serving an Indian and Sri Lankan inspired menu with world-class cocktails.

Our team is a tight-knit, hard working, customer focused crew. We are looking for a Monday & Saturday night bartender/server to contribute to the values we hold dear.

Mondays are all day Happy Hour, and Saturdays are very busy. The team member we are looking for will have:

3 years of experience serving and bartending - bartending experience is important for this position

Positive attitude

Strong work ethic

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Superiormunication skills

A broad knowledge of food, wine, and spirits

A team focused mentality

We use a service charge at Rupee Bar to help pay our staff, with incentives as sales increase. Starting pay is $45/hr.
